Mould and a bit of a butcher, hmm French cuisine at its best?

Mould and a bit of a butcher mmh French cuisine at its best

It does beg the question which bit of the butcher is going to be served does’t it? And the uncertainty of an arrival means that the butcher probably isn’t on board with all of this!

I have to say if I was a butcher I wouldn’t embrace the idea of hacking off one of my parts and dishing it up for din dins, would you dear cuddly reader? Although if you do, then I have always admired your ears! Just saying!

    • French cooking is quite bizarre isn’t it. Thanks for reblogging my little blog!

      • beside crepe i am scarred to try french cooking

      • I see, well I am sorry and ashamed to say that Frog’s Legs are wonderful, but I am not a great fan of French cooking because it has so much wine in it, if you want wonderful French cooking try northern Italian it is where the french sotle all of their recipies for ‘Provencal’ cooking. Har ha

      • no thanx i will NOT eat Kermit the frog’s cousin. lol

      • Stated by a Korean!!!!! Har ha. You should try them and Snails, sad to say they are both delicious, mind you don’t get me wrong I don’t make a habit of eating Kermie or Sam Snail! I prefer Prawns of course.

Had Pork Bulgogi the other day at a very authentic Korean restaurant it was great. I know it was a very authentic Korean restaurant because there were just four customers for lunch. Two Korean businessmen and Lena and I. Lena and I arrived first sat at our table and were ignored for 15 minutes, the Korean businessmen entered, were shown to their seats by staff with attendant bows and the table laid before ours and then the chef came out and introduced himself, prostrating himself in two it looked, then he shuttled off to the kitchen, whereupon salads and tea arrived for the Korean businessmen and were were ignored.

I had to shout rather loudly to just get the table laid, but we were hungry so I didn’t throw a tantrum, just told the waitress and the manager how rude they were to Europeans and glared at the Korean businessmen. Happily the other Korean restaurant in Prague is less formal, family run and fun so we will keep going there and never go back to the snotty one.

Grr I have one thing in common with all Americans I hate bad service and bad manners! Pass me a Kermit leg and i’ll cool down har ha!

      • Pobrecito John… Lol. Evenlyn..your dad means well BUT dad can be silly at times. Hi Lena

      • Pobrecito? I looked up that word I don’t think I am har ha. We all say hi here. Big day for Evelyn bless her, the first of several vaccinations, I can’t watch!

      • me neither i dont like needles.

      • You’re preaching to the choir sister!
