Buyer beware!   4 comments

In Cambodia they do things a little differently, but if you are travelling around Phnom Penh, do try to avoid the website advertised on the back of this taxi it’s called “Sorry Buy” which is an apt description because if you visit the site you’ll only regret it!

Buyer beware Phnom Penh Cambodia

Honestly the website isn’t really worth a visit, but there is an English version if you need a laugh, which sells everything from “footwear” to “House & Land” they didn’t say if it was just one house and i didn’t bother to look.

The best bit of the website disappears almost immediately so I will let you read it here and save yourself the trouble of visiting the site, the best bit is the site’s banner. It announces “SORRYBUY sell yourself” well I think you have to sell yourself because the site couldn’t!

I didn’t visit Cambodia when travelling to fill up my wonderful Travelogue, but there is always a next time and they look like a great candidate for the sort of destination I love to hate.

  1. Hello you beautiful cat, I wanted to let you know that this reminds me of a previous vehicle I purchased. It was a sorry buy also. I also wanted to let you know. I found my perfect job. I start on Monday! It is permanent has good benefits and they will be paying me well. I miss you hugs and kisses 😘

    • Hi you gorgeous human,

Thanks for sharing the car story, I have had a few like that, a Gold 8 litre Cadillac which used at least a gallon of petrol to start, and a 3.5 Jaguar saloon with and Alumina engine which melted on the freeway, I didn’t know it needed ‘that’ much oil! Both cars would be worth a fortune now, but not in the condition they were in when I owned them, tee hee.

The job news is absolutely great and you’ll get two pay days for Christmas which is very handy :0) You deserve a break. Actually I was thinking about you today wondering if you were well now. I’m guessing you are back top perfect and feel on top of the world.

  2. Feel fantastic, my witty furry friend. According to the docs I am in top spot now.

    • I am very pleased to hear that. You started your new job yet? Will you get tomorrow off as it is election day? I was at the docs this morning, blood pressure is too high again which is annoying, but mustn’t dwell on it as thinking about it raises ones blood pressure.:0)
