A Desert Joke?   2 comments

Desert Joke

Well I suppose in the desert when you haven’t got the internet or a TV signal your mind starts to wander and you start to have strange ideas like oh I don’t know… lets make some signs with very silly warnings or messages, you know like “The Gobi Desert Canoe Club.”

And this one though, I have a feeling it must be a fake! Is there any such thing as a “daft cat?”

  1. You’ve obviously not met my fursis Pickle… daft? She’s just plain stupid. She thinks she’s a dog. Isn’t that daft?

    • Yes I saw your blog a walk Chalbury to postbox and I have to say I was rather concerned by poor Pickle’s actions. I examined every photograph carefully for traces of a hidden or transparent rope, but didn’t spot anything. The I studied the pictures for any marks from a bang on the head! Nothing. Still I gazed long and hard looking for any sign of wheels, but there weren’t any.

Then I gave up, had some Prawns and remembered a saying my dear old Mum used to use on this occasion, “There’s nowt so queer as folk!” Sadly with LGBT that saying has fallen into dereliction, but I like it for it’s innocence, a big like Golliwogs, oops better stop there before I get into trouble for mentioning part of my culture! Tee hee.
