Highland humour Outer Hebrides

I have to say that this is one of the most accurate weather forecasting systems I have ever seen, and happy to announce that currently there haven’t been any tornados in the Outer Hebrides.

About the Author

The Cat Portrait2

The Cat is one of the most successful feline authors in the history of Catkind. His sharp elegant wit has produced the bestselling book ‘Getting Out – Excerpts from a Cat’s Diary’ and of course the much plagiarised gag of the same name which appears on all of the funniest joke sites on the internet.

Copies of the Cat’s masterpiece of feline literature ‘Getting Out – Excerpts from a Cat’s Diary’ and his latest wonderful book ‘The Cat’s Travelogue’ can be purchased at a bookstore near you or from the internet at Amazon.com and here for the Travelogue The Cat’s Travelogue Paperback Edition or at what The Cat calls his www – wickedly wonderful website here www.thecatsdiary.com where you can not only learn more about me the genius Cat but also play my games they are all paw picked by me and have been described as “exactly what free on-line games should be, fun, free and fantastic.”

I would like to tell you all about something new and rather nice that you can get from the Apple iBooks store, no not ‘Getting Out – Excerpts from a Cat’s Diary’ and his latest wonderful book you have been able to get that for ages, no something else rather wonderful. 1. Love it 🙂

    • It’s great isn’t it! I have to say (as quietly as possible) I didn’t know the Scots had a sense of humour, did you, although the referendum coming up next year may well prove to be a riot! har ha.

      • hee hee 😉

      • We shouldn’t laugh should we? Although on the other paw I say”why not laugh at the Scots” David Cameron pretends to be one so they must be funny!

      • This will make you laugh http://toys.usvsth3m.com/north-o-meter/

      • I am 70% Northern thank goodness. I was born in County Durham, but we didn’t live in the north much, we didn’t live anywhere much as it happens, to give an example of this I went to 21 different schools in the UK! We weren’t quite on the run but nearly! Tee hee.

I love the north these days though, have you noticed you get to Leicester and the air starts to clear and by the time you get to County Durham/Newcastle and the like it is really clear, of course that dictator mrs thatcher was responsible for that, if you close down all of the dirty things like coal mines and car plants you end up eventually with clean air, which of course in her twisted mind the plebs should eat!

      • 🙂 I was 7% northern … well I do live in Northamptonshire

      • 7% Northern is right then anything under 10% must be either southerners or midlanders! I suppose I am more southern than northern if the truth be known I just knew the answers har ha. Here currently I could be described as a “Bohemian” and when our daughter is born in March 2014 she will be a proper ‘Bohemian’ can’t wait to share capes and floppy hats – oops did that sound a bit gay? Har ha.

      • LOL 🙂

      • It’s nice to see a midlander smile, can’t imagine there is much to smile about in Northamptonshire to be honest!

I see that both of the words ‘midlander’ and ‘Northamptonshire’ are considered by the idiots at WordPress to be spelt wrongly but then so is the word ‘WordPress’ – go figure!

      • I am an original from Milton Keynes (Land of concrete cows and many roundabouts) which is 20 minutes south from here.

      • Poor you. But I suppose that even Milton Keynes has some saving grace, for example it isn’t London or Gravesend! And they have most of the best F1 teams HQ’s there which can’t be bad! Ok I am scraping the barrel trying to suggest something good about Milton Keynes.

Actually I always thought that Milton Keynes was a premier division football player tee hee.
